Yes — our postpartum sessions are designed to be mother-friendly and flexible. We understand that motherhood doesn’t run on a strict schedule, and we aim to create a space that feels supportive and realistic.
Bring water, comfortable movement-friendly clothing, and a supportive mindset. We provide all necessary equipment. If you’re postpartum and breastfeeding, feel free to arrive a few minutes early to settle in comfortably.
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels. Whether you were active before pregnancy or are just starting your movement journey, we provide modifications and guidance to meet you where you are.
Most mothers can begin gentle postpartum movement once cleared by their healthcare provider — often around 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8–12 weeks after a C-section. We recommend checking with your provider before starting.
