Motherhood is powerful — but it’s also demanding. Your body changes. Your identity shifts. Your energy moves in new directions. We created HerForm Studio to support women through all of it.

Our programs are designed specifically for prenatal and postpartum bodies, blending safe strength training, intentional mobility, and restorative practices that rebuild from the inside out. We focus on core integrity, pelvic floor support, posture alignment, and sustainable strength — not quick fixes or unrealistic expectations.

Samantha is passionate about helping women feel strong and supported throughout pregnancy. With specialized training in prenatal fitness and years of hands-on experience, she designs intentional programs that prepare the body for birth while honoring its natural changes.

As a mother herself, she understands the physical and emotional shifts that come with this season. Her classes blend expert guidance with genuine care, creating a space where women feel confident, capable, and deeply supported.

Olivia specializes in postpartum recovery and functional strength. She is dedicated to helping mothers rebuild safely — focusing on core integrity, pelvic floor awareness, posture alignment, and long-term strength.

Her approach is both evidence-based and empathetic. She believes healing isn’t about “bouncing back,” but about rebuilding forward with confidence and patience. Olivia creates an environment where women feel empowered, not pressured.

Maya ensures every mother who walks into HerForm Studio feels welcomed and seen. From coordinating workshops to supporting members behind the scenes, she helps foster the supportive community that makes the studio feel like home.
